Your house now is nice too--dang, it would be perfect with a few extra sq ft--but I think after what happened with the boy and all that, a move would be nice. What's the difference btw Sackville and Lower Sackville? I mean I'd imagine they're close together, but are they like 10 mins apart or more? Is one nicer?
